How quickly do you ship orders?

Absolutely rapid is the answer! Our average dispatch time is within 10 working hours of making your order. We ship orders same day up until 14:00 UK time. Orders after this time will ship the next following day.
We may not be able to cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipment. If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

Do You Ship Internationally?

What’s Your Return Policy?

The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, but if for some reason you are then we are happy to exchange the item / provide store credit within 28 days or refund within 14 days of delivery. Ensure the order is sent back in the condition it was received with the original receipt and a note on. Please note, all sale items are exchange or store credit and have to be returned within 21 days of delivery. We appreciate the understand on this as per discontinued, low inventory styles. They can be exchanged for alternate items if a size is out of stock. Store credit is fully flexible, can be used on any order of any items, at any point with no expiry. For exchanges we will cover the shipping back out to the customer after exchanged as goodwill to help accommodate the change. Any discount codes or free shipping deductions that are used and become invalid will be automatically deducted from the refund value. (Under £75 on UK order, under £125 on Int order). We are unable to refund any duties and taxes paid or incurred on an order. We cannot take responsibility for an incorrect shipping address filled on the site. Please ensure you check your completed address to make sure it is deliverable.

Can My Order Be Changed Or Cancelled?

An order can be changed or cancelled prior to shipping, but cannot be amended after it has been shipped, please ensure you email quickly. We cannot always guarantee we can cancel an order before shipping as we process orders very quickly. We can also exchange items after received under the policy but do not offer free return postage unfortunately.

When Can I Expect My Order?

Find out more on our detailed delivery page click here All items are sent tracked. We have worked on the very best shipping solutions for our customers and absorb some of the cost to help. UK - 3-4 days standard, next day if express shipped.
USA - 3-6 days standard, 1-2 days if express shipped.
EU - 4-5 days standard average , 1-2 days if express shipped.
ROW - 7-10 days standard average, 2-4 days if express shipped. Please allow for courier delays under certain circumstances and scenarios.

Are The Items Unisex? How Do Products Fit?

Yes, all our items are unisex. The style of fit for each item will always be described on the product page itself, including model height, build and what size their wearing for guidance.
